We're happy to offer 'The Caroline' as a dog-friendly rental!
• You must select and pay the pet fee when booking.
• We’re a dog friendly rental - no other type of pet will be considered.
• Dog(s) must be pre-approved by host, including the disclosure of service animals.
• We will only accept TWO dogs at the house per reservation.
• All dogs must be up to date on flea/tick medications as well as vaccinations (proof may be required).
• Dogs must be house broken, well mannered, and non-aggressive
• Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside the house
• Owners must pick up after their pet.
• While left unattended in the house, dogs must be crated. Crates not provided.
• Crates must be stored on the crate mat provided and may not be in bedrooms.
• Dogs are not allowed on the beds.

Payment Policy
Upon booking an initial payment of 25% of the booking cost is due. Then the remainder is due 14 days before check in.
Cancellation Policy
This property carries a FIRM Cancellation Policy.
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.*
Cancellation between 7 and 30 days before check-in, guest will be refunded 50% for all nights.*
Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be given.*
*Should the Host rebook the property at the same rate a full refund, less a $50 service fee, will be refunded to guest.
